Today recipe is light and tasty! A Wok easy and fast to cook; besides this way of cooking is my favourite when I feel like eating vegetables without spending my entire day in the kitchen!Cabbages are in season at the moment and for once I chose a Chinese cabbage, so this is a nice combination to try.
– c.c rase de gingembre en poudre
– une pincé d’ail déshydraté
Slice the cabbage and courgettes thinly. Blanch quickly the rest of oil. Fry the vegetables with a pinch of garlic. Add the meat.
Sprinkle with Espelette chilli, almond, sweet soy sauce and serve!
